ISB Version 2.28.0 Released

New Features

Version 2.28.0 adds the following:

1. Attach PDFs and other files to Accounts Payable invoices, vendors, customers, and sales orders.
2. Include information about investor payments to Accounts Payable invoices. This allows investor transactions to be created automatically when making payments to investors.
3. Initial support for controlling scanners and automatically attaching those scans to the current application as described in item 1. This is done through a connection to a scanner configured using SANE.

Fixes

State income tax rates have been fixed to use the date the payroll will be given to the employees (check date on written checks or effective date on direct deposit) for retrieving the tax table information.
