Our Work Orders module is easy to use and flexible for any job.
A work order system needs to track costs and report profits. Our Work Order module does exactly that by providing cost items such as labor, parts, surcharges, and more.
Work orders can be as simple as a line or two describing the work performed or a detailed set of pre-defined steps to be performed, each with its own cost and profit information. Such steps can include job specifications and quality control information. Certifications of work can also be generated upon approval.
The employee time clock can also be tied directly to work orders allowing for detailed information and labor cost per line. Total labor cost is easily viewed on an on-going basis.
Customer notifications can be automatically emailed upon completion of a work order. Any type of status information can be configured to match any need.
Upon completion, work orders can be automatically converted to invoices or reviewed and priced manually. A single work order can also be invoiced in stages as one or more lines is completed.
Customers can view their work orders and invoices through an optional portal. Online payments can also be made via the portal and processed through the business' merchant account.
