Inventory management begins with purchasing. Our purchase order application allows you to quickly find the items you need. Depleted inventory can be automatically ordered to configurable maximums. Completed purchase orders can be automatically emailed to the vendor.
Purchase orders can also be created that ship directly to a customer and a sales order automatically created. Direct ship purchase orders allow you to set an over-all selling prices and then each line item is automatically priced based on cost.
Inventory is received by purchase order, simplifying order tracking. Items on purchase orders can be received over or short.
Knowing where inventory is and how it is moving is critical to getting the right parts on the shelves. Our inventory inquiry shows parts on order with vendors and the matching purchase orders, parts received today, quantity on hand, and parts on order with customer with the matching sales orders. Underpinning all of this is a detailed history of part movement through every step of the ordering and selling process.
